welcome to my blog I want to explain the options about my future career The most important thing in my career. 1.salary 2..in house child care 3.schedule flexibility 4.job security 5.vacation pay 6.medical banefit 7.sick pay 8.disabillity banefit 9.retirement 10.telecommute days My first choice in my career is salary because I work my goal if I later become my mother can meet and help my husband in meeting my child's needs and helping her husband in finance. The second is in house child dren because if I work in a company I want prusahaan I attach importance to my needs so I can calm work The third I choose the flexibillity schedule because I really appreciate the time do not like to waste time if later I am married and married I work I want the company to make a schedule when I work and my holiday can set the time for my family I choose job security because when working I need a sense of security so that I work with a sense of security and not disturbed from things that I do not want for example something that pperusahaan must have health insurance for me. I choose the vocation pay because suppose I work in the company with a fairly high stress level for example in the bank all day counting the incoming money and even input data must be focused and meticulous, then I expect the company to pay attention to its employees need a holiday for example once in a year out of town or City fees from the company.  Next I choose the medical banefit the company should give it for the sake of concealment even when I get pregnant already 7/8 months I want to take work leave and start to rest. Sick pay is very important if when things happen that are not desirable can be used like allowances when I'm sick. Further disabillity benefits are the allowance from the company when I am working and causing a disability due to heavy work or because of the problem until I can not work anymore the company should be able to provide the allowance because from the beginning it has been agreed. Lastly there is a retirement plan if my age is 50 I want to retire to take care of my son and my husband pension plan sanngat important because if the old company does not need anymore and replaced the younger yag employees. If my supervisor makes a decision for the company if it does not fit what I want I can discuss it first to anyone who disagrees with the policy of the supervisoror after it is discussed and I will tell the supervisor that he can act as it is because every job is teamwork That each other needs a compact.
