DETERMINER
Determiner is a word or group of words
that are placed in front of the noun to limit the meaning of the noun. In
traditional grammar, often called the limiting adjective determiner, although a
different meaning to the ordinary adjective.
If both are in the noun phrase,
adjective limiting will be in front of the usual adjective.
